Project: 

To centralise external communication, engagement and marketing activities across the entire City Council.

Response:

Developed a planned, integrated, streamlined approach to the Council’s communication, engagement and marketing activities; linking departments, budgets and business objectives to create multi-layered high-impact campaigns.

Result:

Drove cost efficiencies, and maximised the quality and reach of messaging and promotional activities, and in parallel, raised the profile and standing of the organisation.

Brand development/identity refresh projects: NHS West Leicestershire Clinical Commissioning Group

Project:

To enhance the organisational profile, standing and engagement levels with stakeholders and the local population. In addition to enhance the positioning of the organisation in the crowded and often confusing NHS market.

Response:

Successfully undertook a brand development exercise to create a new modern, fresh, corporate identity for the organisation. The three new distinct colours of the identity were cleverly used to differentiate and target messages to the organisation’s various audiences, in both above and below the line activities. From: newsletters and electronic portals, to stakeholder facing lanyards.

Result:

A more modern, structured approach, to targeted engagement with each of the audiences across all platforms. In addition, the organisation saw an upturn in the level of pride and ownership of the brand by its employees.

Member engagement projects: Cheshire Local Medical Committee

Project:

To enhance levels of two-way communication and engagement with GP Members.

The strategic development and implementation of multi-layered communication and engagement platforms and activities.

Staff engagement projects: West Leicestershire Clinical Commissioning Group

Project:

To increase communication and engagement throughout the organisation.

Response:

Developed and implemented initial communication and engagement plans and activities into the organisation.

Result:

Significantly improved levels of knowledge, engagement and motivation amongst employees. Following a national staff survey, the organisation was named by the Health Service Journal as: ‘One of Top 10 best places to work’.

Public engagement projects: Our Life

Project:

To drive conversation and engagement with the 6.8 million residents of the North West around alcohol and its impact on life and society.

Response:

Strategically developed and implemented ‘The Big Drink Debate’ alcohol initiative - effectively managing all aspects of communication, engagement and PR during the varied and extensive media based campaign, including; advertising, point of sale activity, radio exposure, press release, broadcast and social media and outreach activities.

Result:

Created the largest ever North West alcohol campaign: effectively managing communication and engagement between 300 partner organisations. 

Successfully achieved the largest ever response rate to a North West survey (33,000) and achieved an impressive media circulation figure of 65,905,567.

Public consultation projects: Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust

Project:

To drive conversation and engagement amongst stakeholders about the organisation’s desire to achieve Foundation Trust status, and the benefits of such. 

Response:

Strategically developed and implemented a ‘Looking to the Future’ public consultation around the organisation’s Foundation Trust plans; engaging and influencing key stakeholders across its 6,000 square mile Yorkshire footprint.

Result:

Achieved the highest response figures for an Ambulance Trust Foundation Trust consultation in the country: 1,604 responses.
