Staff engagement projects: West Leicestershire Clinical Commissioning Group

Project:

To increase communication and engagement throughout the organisation.

Response:

Developed and implemented initial communication and engagement plans and activities into the organisation.

Result:

Significantly improved levels of knowledge, engagement and motivation amongst employees. Following a national staff survey, the organisation was named by the Health Service Journal as: ‘One of Top 10 best places to work’.

Public engagement projects: Our Life

Project:

To drive conversation and engagement with the 6.8 million residents of the North West around alcohol and its impact on life and society.

Response:

Strategically developed and implemented ‘The Big Drink Debate’ alcohol initiative - effectively managing all aspects of communication, engagement and PR during the varied and extensive media based campaign, including; advertising, point of sale activity, radio exposure, press release, broadcast and social media and outreach activities.

Result:

Created the largest ever North West alcohol campaign: effectively managing communication and engagement between 300 partner organisations. 

Successfully achieved the largest ever response rate to a North West survey (33,000) and achieved an impressive media circulation figure of 65,905,567.
